Kahuna consider counseling to be a special sacred trust. For the process to be successful, you must be able to trust your kahuna to tell you the truth about disempowering attitudes, behaviors, emotions, and patterns you may be holding. These are what limit your ability to enjoy the fullness of life that is your birthright. Your counselor will share (and you must be able to hear) new perspectives that will empower you to step into that place Hawai'ians call: Ike Papalua
People interested in empowering their lives realize that counseling is important because only by looking at life in a new light can we hope to find increased freedom, harmony and joy. Once an appropriate advisor is found, it is important to follow the 4-steps outlined in Spiritual Services above, with a heavy emphasis on the practice of humility.
While kahuna can provide a clear mirror and an elevated spiritual perspective, we cannot walk the path of integrity for you. To us, integrity is doing what you come to know, no matter how uncomfortable it may be, and no matter all the reasons you can think up not to do it. Old patterns are comfortable, even if they are disempowering in the long run. That is why comfort and growth seldom come in the same package. To heal, learning to walk the path of integrity is required of us all.
Single's Counseling: $125.00 per 90 minute session
Couple's Counseling: $150.00 per 90 minute session
Ho'opono'pono: $500 per 3-4 hour session
(Plan on at least two sessions back-to-back in one day.)
Ho'opono'pono is a very effective form of conflict resolution. The word means "To bring back into balance that which is out of balance. It is a focused process that once begun, is not stopped until all issues are resolved.
